I found the default flanges a bit too large so ordered these. Would totally recommend people to get the appropriate sized ****** as it definitely makes pumping more comfortable

The shield that comes with the pump(24mm) is too big for most. Have to order additional shield sizes which are ~$50. Would be good if we have the option to choose the shield size while ordering the pump. Other than that happy with the pump so far.

AustraliaGood, fits my ****** size well. Wish there was more information that came up when I did my original order, I was under the impression the 24mm would fit and I didn’t need to measure. I would have ordered the 20mm with my first order to save me several weeks of inefficient pumping.
