Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of your order if it is unused and still sealed in its original packaging. Breast pumps and parts that have been used can't be returned, for hygiene reasons. If you think your pump has a fault, please make a warranty claim instead: spectra-baby.com.au/warranty
How to return an unopened item
- Send us a return request with your order number and a photo of the item in its packaging, so we can see it hasn't been opened.
- We'll reply with the return address and your reference.
- Post it back with a note inside giving your name and order number. Return postage is paid by you.
- Once it reaches our warehouse and has been checked, we refund the price of the items to the card you paid with (or your Afterpay account) and email you. Shipping on the original order isn't refunded. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show a refund.
Changed your mind before your order has shipped? Let us know as soon as you can and we'll do our best to cancel it.
