1. Use of Images, Copy & Marketing Materials

You may use materials from our website including images, copy and other marketing materials for the purposes of selling Spectra products through your own channels. These materials may only be used by you under the terms of this agreement and while this agreement is in place.

2. Basis of Supply

  1. We do not provide 30 day terms — all orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
  2. We do our best to maintain inventory of required stock but we cannot guarantee continuous supply of inventory due to factors beyond our control.
  3. A minimum order quantity of 4 identical items is required before the wholesale discount of 30% from the listed price is applied.

3. Warranty Support

Spectra Baby Australia manages all warranty claims for Spectra products sold within our distribution region through authorised channels. We prioritise warranty support and will take prompt action on all warranty claims.

4. General

The Retailer must familiarise themselves with the policies relating to privacy, warranty and returns obligations as outlined at Spectra Baby Policies.

We retain the right to change or end this agreement at any time.
