We understand you’re anxious to receive your order as quickly as possible!

All orders placed by 12pm AEST (or AEDT in the summer months) on a business day are dispatched that day using the delivery method you have paid for in your order. 

We have two options for delivery - standard, which is with Auspost via road transport, and express carrier, which will take one to two days, depending on your location or the size of your order.

Orders over $150 qualify for free express shipping - YAY!

If you have placed your order during a sale, we do take an extra few days to dispatch orders, as we receive a large volume of orders during these periods.

If you have placed an order from outside of Australia, please be sure to familiarise yourself with your country's taxation and customs charges, as we cannot be responsible for customs or import duty charges.

If one or more of the items that you have purchased are on backorder, then please note that your entire order is held until the back-ordered items are sent. We are not able to partially ship orders, so if you want some items to arrive immediately, please order them separately.
