Shipping

We work hard to ensure that you get your Spectra products as speedily as possible. We process orders every business day. Orders received before 2pm AEST on business days are shipped that day by express delivery. Orders received after 2pm AEST will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that no orders are dispatched on weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped using an express shipping method and so should be received in most cases within one business day. Orders to very remote areas may take longer. We charge a flat rate of $7 for small items and $10 for larger items within Australia. All orders over $100 receive free shipping. Orders to addresses outside Australia will incur $25 international delivery shipping charge. All amounts are in AUD. You will receive an email with tracking information for your order once it has shipped. We are always happy to help if you experience any issue with delivery of your order.

Warranty

We provide a full warranty and after sales service on all Spectra breast pumps purchased either through us directly or through one of our authorised resellers. If you purchased your breast pump through another distributor or through an unauthorised seller then you should contact the seller you purchased from for any warranty requirements. We provide a 2 year warranty on all pump motors. There is no warranty on accessories, parts and small components. We work really hard to maintain the best warranty processes we can. We understand that if a mother has a problem with her breast pump she may not be able to pump to feed her baby. If you have a problem with your pump, please contact us so we can troubleshoot with you. In most cases, issues are due to incorrect assembly and can be resolved over the phone or via a video call. If you have a fault, we will send you a return postage label so you can return your pump for repair. If necessary we will also send you a loan pump so you can keep pumping while your own pump is inspected and repaired.
