Description
A silicone massager insert for use with Spectra breastshields to create a better fit. This malleable silicone insert sits inside the shield and cushions the breast, making expressing more comfortable.
The insert is available in 2 sizes to fit inside either a 24mm or a 28mm shield. The standard size shields that came with your pump are 24mm. Massager inserts are sold singly, so please order 2 packs if you are double pumping.

AustraliaWhilst comfortable around my ******, they didn’t seal to the ****** no matter how I tried. This resulted in the milk seeping under.

Good price but it doesn’t really work. Milk got under the cushion and it was extracting way less milk than my normal amount.

Having read some of the worse reviews, I took a risk buying this. But it does work in reducing the tenderness. I can now use the pump at a higher pressure without discomfort. It also helped with size - the 24mm was just a bit large. One star taken off due to the backflow - the gap between the insert and the ****** gets filled with drops of milk so there's sometimes extra mess.

They don't work, you get zero suction. Don't buy.

If you pump hands free (using a pumping bra) these don't hold suction very well at all, however, if you have your hands available to hold firm against the breast, then the suction is fine. I couldn't say whether they made much of a difference because I pump hands free while I work, so after a few minutes, couldn't keep holding them against me. Also found it kind of difficult to keep the insert properly positioned to keep suction up. These may work for those that hold the pumps to them the whole time, but they weren't right for me.
