Description

Pump handsfree with Spectra's new shield cups. These cups sit in your bra and allow you to pump discreetly and conveniently. No more strange looks when you're pumping in the drive through!

These come with tubing, valves and backflow protectors unique for these cups (different to our other shield kit parts), and tubing connectors for the Dual S and Dual C pump.

You will need to replace the valves and backflow protectors as frequently as the traditional shield kit parts, so grab some of those too, to save on shipping and avoid interruption to your pumping routine.

100% recommend

I was skeptical at first because I’ve tried hands free cups as a large busted women and they always leaked. I use it both with my S1 & my S9 and get just as much output as I do from my normal flanges. I find them more comfortable and I don’t need to wear my pumping bra either. They are very convenient and easy to use for someone who exclusively expresses it doesn’t make it a chore.

Definitely recommend

I looove these I got these as it had been three months using my Kmart hands-free pump so got these as replacement parts.. Love them I have learned that if your tube starts to pop off cut 1-2 inches of the edge. And it’s like new again. As an over producer this can hold a lot more milk than the Kmart hands-free. It could only hold up to 210 mils. This one I’m not sure how much it can hold yet without Spilling but so far I have collected 305 (went past the tip out hole tho)! I love that I don’t have to stop halfway through a pump to tip some milk out I am a single mum and use these every day definitely recommend. It comes with everything you need even tubing and one spare metal part. Can’t remember what that’s called.

Constantly replacing parts

Can use them hands free, if you are stationary. Have replaced tubing a couple of times, it justs pops off after a while. Replaced duck bills half a dozen plus times. This product has become a sunk cost at this point

Hi Rebecca, thanks for your review! It looks like you purchased these cups 3 years ago, which is a long time ago. All shield kit parts require very frequent replacment, regardless of the type of shield, brand or pump. Depending on use and how parts are cared for this can be every few weeks, or every few months, or as accidental wear and tear and damage may occur. All shield kit parts, bottles and teats should be replaced every six months at most, for hygiene reasons, as well as wear and tear. We would think that you have had an excellent run from your cups, even with the frequency you have ordered replacement parts, given all that. It might be time to replace those cups though now.

Super practical

Fantastic being able to use the Handsfree Shield Cups whilst doing other things around the house - a huge time saver! I did find though that the pump itself was more intense (in its draw) than the handheld spectra pump that I have & I didn’t seem to express as much milk as when I used the handheld pump. Not sure if that’s a supply issue or a pump issue though. Still worth the purchase!
