Hello, lovely Spectra mama! Fill out the warranty form below. We will get some information from you to help with troubleshooting in the form and find out if you need a loan pump or not. We will process your claim with urgency as we know you may be relying on your pump. Just a reminder - we are the distributors for Australia, NZ & Pacific regions and manage warranty for customers who bought through us or one of our approved stockists.
