Spectra is still at work..

First of all, mama, please be assured that the Spectra team are still hard at work, taking and dispatching orders and keeping up with customer service.

Breastmilk is more important than ever, and as a business supplying breastfeeding mothers, we are deemed ‘essential’.

The core Spectra team has always worked from home, and have adapted any processes as needed to make sure we can continue to support you during this crazy time.

Impact on delivery times

Right now, our delivery times have not been impacted, but you should be aware that AusPost have warned of potential disruption down the line.

Our warehouse continues to dispatch orders within 1 business day as per usual.

Australia Post, Star Trak and other providers in the delivery network in Australia are still at work but have warned that delivery times may be impacted in the months ahead.

We urge you to take into account the possibility that delivery times may become disrupted without warning and not delay placing orders for vital parts or equipment.

We want to assure you that we will keep working and continue to do our best to support you. We know having a new baby is already stressful, and trying to juggle a newborn with the disruptions to life caused by covid-19 may feel overwhelming.
