How We Ship Our Orders Around Australia At Spectra
We understand you’re anxious to receive your order as quickly as possible!
In most cases this will mean that you will receive your delivery on the next business day, unless you are overseas, have made an order for multiple items (which will therefore not fit into an overnight satchel, over 5kg or live in a rural area. Large orders, orders over 5kg & to rural areas may take longer – please contact us for a more precise estimate. Overseas orders are delivered by DHL and in most cases will take 4-5 business days to be delivered.
If you have placed your order during a sale, there may be slightly longer dispatch timeframes as we receive a large volume of orders during these periods.
If you have placed an order from outside of Australia, please be sure to familiarize yourself with your countries taxation and customs charges, as we cannot be responsible for customs or import duty charges.
If one or more of the items that you have purchased are on back order, then please note that your entire order is held until the back ordered items are sent. We are not able to partially ship orders, so if you want some items to arrive immediately, please order them separately.
If you have particular delivery requirements, such as delivery to your hospital ward, please feel free to let us know so we can arrange special delivery.
