Shipping policy

We understand you’re anxious to receive your order as quickly as possible!

All orders placed by 12pm AEST (or AEDT in the summer months) on a business day are dispatched that day using an express delivery service. We use a courier to deliver our orders, unless you have entered a PO Box or Parcel Locker number at checkout, in which case we will use Australia Post eParcel.

In most cases, if you are in a capital city in Australia, your order will take one or two business days from dispatch to be delivered. If you are outside of a metropolitan area or in a regional area it will take an extra day. If you are overseas, use a PO Box or Parcel Locker, or have ordered multiple items (which will therefore not fit into an overnight satchel, over 5kg) your order will take longer. Large orders, orders over 5kg will also take longer. Overseas orders are delivered by DHL and in most cases will take 4-5 business days to be delivered.

If you have placed your order during a sale, we do take an extra day to dispatch orders, as we receive a large volume of orders during these periods.

If you have placed an order from outside of Australia, please be sure to familiarise yourself with your countries taxation and customs charges, as we cannot be responsible for customs or import duty charges.

If one or more of the items that you have purchased are on back order, then please note that your entire order is held until the back ordered items are sent. We are not able to partially ship orders, so if you want some items to arrive immediately, please order them separately.

If you have particular delivery requirements, such as delivery to your hospital ward, please feel free to let us know so we can arrange special delivery.
